FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS OF FOUR OFFICERS 

Beloit, WI, August 11, 2008 - First National Bank and Trust Company announces the promotions of four officers: Sonja Ahlert, Laura Pomerene, Delores Moore and Tonia Maly.   

Sonja Ahlert has been promoted to Vice President & Trust Officer.  Sonja joined First National Bank in January 1970 as a Proof Operator and has served in the Trust Department since 1986.   

Laura Pomerene was promoted to Vice President, Marketing Director.  Laura joined the Bank in November 2004 as Assistant Vice President, Marketing Information Manager.  Laura holds the professional designation of Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management.  Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.  

Delores Moore has been promoted to Trust Officer.  Delores joined First National Bank in August 1997 as Marketing Assistant and has served in the Trust Department since 2000.  Delores earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Southern Illinois University. 

Tonia Maly was promoted to Trust Investment Officer.  Tonia joined the Bank in April 2004 as a teller and began her career within the Trust Department as Trust Administrative Assistant in September 2004.  Tonia graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a degree in Business, majoring in Finance.  Tonia is the designated Compliance Supervisor for the Bank and holds her Series 7, 66 and 24 Securities Licenses.
