To access Telephone Bank, follow the instructions outlined below:

  1. Dial 363-8191 or 888-281-8191
  2. Press Phone Key:  1  For ENGLISH  OR 2 For SPANISH
  3. 1 ACCOUNT INFORMATION
  4. Enter your account number
  5. Enter your Personal ID Number
    (First time users, use the last four digits of your social security number.  A voice will instruct you to select your own new personal ID number.)
  6. Now choose from these account inquiry options such as: current balance, last deposit or withdrawal, most recent transaction, see if a specific check has cleared, interest information, fax a statement, etc.
